This class will provide an introduction to R, the popular scripting language used for data wrangling, statistical analysis, visualization, and more.  This class will focus on the data wrangling aspects of R and helping you get comfortable with the syntax and terminology you'll need to know to be successful.  Please note that this class is self-paced; you must complete the series of video tutorials on your own BEFORE attending the in-person workshop.  The five tutorials will take you about two and a half hours to complete. After completing the self-paced tutorials, you'll attend an in-person workshop where you'll be able to ask questions, get help, and complete a data wrangling exercise to help you learn how to put the data wrangling skills you've learned in to practice.
